2. Services & Order Fulfillment
Moobigo operates as a platform facilitating on-demand food, grocery, and essentials delivery from local partner stores and dark stores. Product availability, prices, and delivery estimates are subject to change based on real-time inventory and weather conditions.
3. Delivery OTP & Cancellation
Customers must share their unique 4-digit Delivery OTP with the delivery partner upon arrival to confirm receipt. Orders once packed and dispatched cannot be cancelled without applicable charges.
